We're looking for a project manager to lead the initiative, and at the same time provide functional expertise on the specific topic of video interviewing. 

Job Description
The Project Manager is expected to deliver the following:
Initiation & Planning
-Set-up Project governance structure 
-Define video interviewing roadmap including ambition level, timelines, principles and high-level business requirements (e.g. video interviewing for live interview only, for asynchronous interview, for screening, for assessment…)
Vendor Selection (if required, based on integration requirements)
-Longlist and short list 
-Detailed business requirements
-Request for Proposal for vendor selection 
-Business case
Design & Execution
-Organize IT deliverables (Security, Technology…)
-Organize Data Privacy Impact Assessment
-Define video interviewing governance, policy, process and RACI 
-Organize execution of design and configuration from the vendor
-Organize UAT testing
-Organize Training materials 
-Define approach for deployment (phased/big-bang…)
-Organize deployment 
-Hand over documentation 
-Lessons learned 
Project Management Execution (Continuous activities, to be executed according to the Project Management methodology)
-Detailed project planning
-Communication and follow up with stakeholders
-Communication and coordination with vendors
-Coordination of project resources such as Project Specialist and IT Analyst
-Milestone reporting 
-(Bi)weekly status update presentations 
Weekly core team updates (Project Lead, Project Specialist, IT Analyst if required)
In parallel to the video interviewing project, the project manager shall also facilitate the process design in the area of Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), drawing on the exploration activities executed during 2018.

-Solid project management experience in HRIS projects for Saas implementation at global level 
-Good knowledge of HR Processes and HR organizations, to be able to drive policy and process definition around video interviewing  
-Established network with companies / vendors in the field of HR / HRIS to be able to benchmark on best practices
-Good communication skills, being able to interact at different levels (from senior management to specialists) 
-Experience in an global environment (EU, Asia, US), having to mediate across different cultures/approaches/practices
-Ability to identify and early flag change impact resulting from the project 

Other information
Timing: the project is expected to be completed by October / November 2019.
The Project Manager will work in close contact with the Director HR Processes and Information and the Talent Acquisition Director.
